Yakisoba sauce is generally a composite seasoning used to enhance the flavor when stir-frying noodles. It usually takes soy sauce as the base ingredient. The savory aroma of the soy sauce sets the flavor tone for the stir-fried noodles, giving the noodles a rich and savory taste.

Yakisoba Sauce Ingredients

Water,soy sauce(water,soybean meal,wheat,edible salt),malt syrup,white sugar,edible salt,vinegar,vegetable (tomato,ginger),monosodium glutamate, disodium 5'-ribonucleotides,hydroxypropyl distarch phosphate,xanthan gum,edible alcohol,spices,citric acid,potassium sorbate,caramel colour.

How To Use Yakisoba Sauce ?

Heat 20g of vegetable oil in a pan over medium heat until shimmering. Add pre-cooked noodles (80% done) and stir-fry for 2-3 minutes until golden brown, then pour in 50g of Yakisoba sauce. Toss evenly to coat the noodles and continue stir-frying for 30 seconds until the sauce caramelizes slightly and releases an inviting aroma.

Serve immediately as stir-fried noodles, or use to dress cold noodles or drizzle over rice bowls for added flavor.
